GENERAL INFORMATION

What is Shopivo?

We create eco-friendly, ethical, multifunctional garments designed to hit the mat or the streets. We make wearable art that is wild, free and bold — just like you.

 

What products do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of athletic streetwear products such as yoga shorts, biker shorts, fanny packs, leggings, yoga leggings, plus size leggings, capris, sports bra, yoga mats, etc. All of our apparel is high-quality and printed to order in the USA.

How do your products fit?

Please refer to our sizing chart for each size information. Each product will have sizing information on the product page. We want to make sure you're happy with your order so please let us know if your products don't match our size chart within reason.

Do you offer any discounts for your products?

We're constantly running special sales and details throughout the year. The best way for exclusive offers is to stay up to date with our newsletter. To subscribe, please fill out your information below. 

Where are your products made?

We have two factories, one in the US and one in Europe. We produce your individual product in the factory that is closest to your destination.  We also determine the factory that will ship your order in the fastest time possible.

Can I reach you by phone?

Currently, we focus all of our support on email and chat.  We usually respond within 24 hours.  As our demand grows, we will expand our customer service support.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

What are the rates for shipping?

Majority of our shipping have a flat rate depending on weight.

Where do you ship?

We ship our products worldwide. Shipping times may vary depending on the country.

How long will it take for my item(s) to arrive?

All or our products are printed to order, meaning we don't keep an inventory of every SKU available. Typically, it will take about 2 to 7 business days for orders to print before leaving our production facility. In total you should expect about 10-14 days to receive your order but if you need your item(s) for a special occasion we suggest allowing at least two weeks in case there are any delays. Outside of US the shipping time will vary. 

How do I track my package?

You will get an email once your order is ready to ship. If you don't receive an email within a reasonable time frame, please contact us. 

I made a mistake with my order, how do I change it?

Everyone makes a mistake. Fulfillment is an automated process, so please let us know immediately. There is approximately a 12 hour window which order can be edited prior to production and fulfillment. 

I gave you the wrong address. Can I change it?

As long as your order is not shipped we can still change the shipping address for you. Please make sure to contact us as fast as possible giving us your new shipping address and we will try to help you make the change.

Once your order is shipped, we are not able to change the address anymore. In this case, please contact the carrier and they will assist you further. You will receive tracking information once the order has been shipped via email. 

Do you need to cancel your order?

Since all our items are custom made to order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when your order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order. 

I need to make a return/exchange

If you would like to return your item(s) for any reason you may do so for a store credit within 30 days of when your order was received. Please check out our Return & Exchange Policy. 

I need a refund

Typically, we only accept returns for store credit, however we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you receive an item(s) that is damaged or defective please let us know and we will happy to get you a replacement.

What reasons qualify for a return?

  • A change in size: If you have ordered your product in the wrong size by mistake please insert a note which size you need and we’ll send you the right one. Please note:
  1.  The product must be unworn and unwashed
  2. The product needs to be in its original state and packaging
  3. The product needs to be returned with 30 days of contacting us.
  • You received a wrong item: We apologize for this mistake and will get this right for you. Please note:
  1.  The product must be unworn and unwashed

  • You received a damaged product: We apologize for this issue. Providing a top notch quality is one of our priorities, but unfortunately damages can happen even to us. In this case you don’t need to return your order. Just send us a photo showing the damage and we will send you a replacement free of charge as fast as possible.

Which conditions do not qualify for a return or exchange?

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges if:

  • You simply don’t like the product anymore or changed your mind. We print our products on demand and cannot accept any inquiries with this reason.
  • The product has already been worn or washed
  • The product has been altered in any way
  • The product does not have the original tags on it
  • The product was on final sale or clearance sale

I haven't received all of my items. What can I do?

On some occasions we need to ship your order using different packages. This happens rarely, but in this case you should have received two separate tracking numbers as well. If you think there is an issue please reach out to us and we'll have a closer look. 

Do you charge Custom taxes or fees?

We are very sorry to hear about custom fee, however it is beyond our control. This is not a fee imposed nor collected by our company. Unfortunately, some governments randomly pick packages they check and decide to charge extra for import.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

Do you provide affiliate marketing?

Right now we currently don't offer affiliate marketing.

Can I use more than one coupon on your site?

You can only use on discount code per order. Multiple codes are not supported on our website.
