Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return your items for any reason you may do so for store credit within 30 days of when your order was received. All items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to return your item(s). Once we approve the return we will send you an address to ship the item(s). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and send you an email with your store credit.
REASONS FOR RETURNS:
A change in size
Please include a note that states which size you need, we will send you the correct size. While we are happy to exchange the size, no refunds are given for incorrect size choices.
You received the wrong item
Please send a photo of the incorrect item to email@example.com and we will follow it up for you.
You received a damaged/faulty item
Quality is our top priority, If you receive damaged or faulty gear you do not need to return it. The only thing we ask is to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and a photo of the faulty or damaged gear. If the damage or fault is clear, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF:
- A 'change of mind' because we print on demand & do not hold stock.
- The item(s) have been worn or washed
- The item(s) have been altered in any way
- The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault.
- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
- The item(s) were a Final Sale item
All of our items are printed to order meaning we do not keep an inventory, because of this we cannot offer an outright exchange. If you would like a different size or color, you may return your item for store credit. To do so, send us an email at email@example.com
To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
